About ADHD Planner Kit
ADHD Planner Kit is a free ADHD-friendly planning tool built to give you a clear estimate in seconds - and to explain the rules behind it in plain language. No sign-up, no jargon, no cost.
Why this site exists
Planners built for neurotypical brains often make ADHD harder, not easier. We built free, low-friction planning tools - a routine builder and a daily planner - designed around the things that actually help: few boxes, one clear priority, and built-in structure. The site launched on September 16, 2026.
Everything here is free to use and works on any device. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
How we keep it accurate
The figures and rules on this site are based on the CDC and CHADD rather than guesswork. We cite our sources on each page, show an "Updated" date, and re-check the numbers when the rules change. When we find something out of date, we fix it and update the date.
Our tools run entirely in your browser - the numbers you enter are never sent to us. You can read more in our privacy policy.
What this site is not
ADHD Planner Kit gives estimates and general information, not personalised medical advice. This is a planning aid, not a medical service - we do not diagnose or treat ADHD. For decisions about your own situation, please speak to a qualified health professional.
Found an error?
We want the figures here to be right. If you spot a mistake or an out-of-date number, please get in touch - tell us the page and the correct figure with a source, and we will check it against the CDC and CHADD and update it.
