How this tool helps
This kit uses common, practical organisation strategies - visual schedules, time-blocking and breaking tasks into single steps - to take the load off working memory and time-blindness. Putting a routine somewhere you can see it, with times attached, turns "get ready" into a sequence you can follow and tick off, one step at a time.
It's a planning tool, not treatment: it doesn't diagnose, treat or manage ADHD, and we don't make claims that it does. Your routines are stored only in your own browser and never sent anywhere. For anything clinical, talk to a qualified professional; general information is available from bodies such as the CDC, NHS and CHADD.

What makes a planner ADHD-friendly?
An ADHD-friendly planner reduces friction and decision fatigue. The key features are: a visual time layout so you can see the whole day at a glance, short task blocks rather than open-ended lists, built-in time estimates so tasks feel real rather than abstract, and a format you can check off to get a small dopamine hit. This tool builds that structure for you rather than asking you to set it up yourself.
Is this planner free?
Yes — completely free, no account required, no premium tier. Everything runs in your browser and your routine saves locally to your device. Nothing is stored on a server. You can print the finished routine or keep it as a browser tab you return to each day.
Can I print my ADHD planner?
Yes. Once you have built your routine, use the print button to generate a clean printable version. A printed planner placed somewhere visible — fridge, desk, bathroom mirror — works well for ADHD because it is always in your field of view without needing you to open an app or unlock a phone.
How is this different from a to-do list?
A to-do list tells you what to do; a time-blocked routine tells you when to do it and for how long. For ADHD brains, the when is the missing piece — tasks without a time slot tend to float indefinitely. This planner turns each task into a scheduled block so your day has a shape before it starts, which reduces the paralysis of deciding what to do next.
